Good product and great company

Pros: Great help for allowing data entry on medical forms, and providing templates. Easy to set up and use. Any paper form can be scanned and then used to make an entry template. Many existing standard forms already exist on the web for free download. Customer service is excellent.

Cons: Can't clear multiple form fields. Wish it would select existing text when I tab into a field.

AnyForm by SmartForm is the best program I have found for filling preprinted forms and Certificates.. The ease with which the program handles the formation of the templates and the ease of positioning the printed text on the form is a joy to use. The ability to make a certificate with beautiful script or any font style or size is a great feature, but the best is the ability to tune the template for a printers particular characteristics so the printed data is placed exactly where needed. We use multiple copy, preprinted forms, which we separate and print as single sheets, the repeatability on each sheet is great. This program truly allows data entry and printing on a form without the use of a typewriter. The Form Templates can be customized with prefilled default information to prevent repeated entry. Storing the filled out form on the Computer until the final signature or approval is given prevents the need to retype the form to make a correction or addition as in the days of the typewriter, and it is much faster. The days of aligning the form or certificate in the typewriter only to find that the line spacing of the form and the typewriter are not exactly the same and each line needs to be re-indexed are gone. We use the program to fill preprinted Church forms and Certificates for Church Baptisms, Child Blessings and Ordinations.
