Installing AnyForm 5.0

Insert licence number:
- as licence version: Insert your personal licence number and confirm with OK
- as trial version: Insert a 0 (zero) and confirm with OK

Working with AnyForm

a) Based on existing AnyForm Templates from CD or from
http://www.smartform.com/e/free_forms/free-forms.htm

    -> go to Step 5

b) Based on self created AnyForm Templates

-> go to Step 4

Creating Templates with AnyForm 5.0

a) by scanning the desired original paper form

b) by importing data from a ODBC-supported Database (like MS Excel,, MS Acces, Informix. Sybase, Oracle etc.)
